“I explore the unseen within the everyday.”
I work at the intersection of conceptual and installation-based art. My practice is grounded in the perception of the everyday and its potential to shift into new constellations of meaning.
With a sensitive approach to materiality and symbolism, I transform familiar objects, situations, and images into multilayered, often subtly charged arrangements. My works evolve through extended research processes, including interviews, documentary materials, and personal encounters. From these, I develop projects that engage with consumer behavior, belief and hope, as well as the fluid boundaries between the private and the public. A recurring focus in my work lies in how intimacy becomes visible—and under which conditions it withdraws.
My installations are typically site-responsive, engaging with the architectural, social, and atmospheric conditions of a space. My physical presence forms an integral part of the process. I understand my practice as an open system in which perception, experience, and meaning remain in constant transition.
I currently live and work between St. Gallen and Italy.
